Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in delays or additional charges.

8. Liability & Indemnification

Customer negligence or non-compliance.
Pre-existing structural deficiencies not disclosed prior to roofing work.
Incidents occurring due to unauthorized modifications after service completion.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to:

Attempt to resolve the issue through direct negotiation.
If no resolution is reached, disputes may be subject to mediation or arbitration.
