Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in delays or additional charges.
8. Liability & Indemnification

- Customer negligence or non-compliance.
- Pre-existing structural deficiencies not disclosed prior to roofing work.
- Incidents occurring due to unauthorized modifications after service completion.
9. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to:
- Attempt to resolve the issue through direct negotiation.
- If no resolution is reached, disputes may be subject to mediation or arbitration.
